Job Summary
We are looking for a Junior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting basics, be detail-oriented, and be comfortable handling entries, reconciliations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow in a fast-paced financial services environment and build practical exposure in accounting, compliance support, and financial record management.
Key Responsibilities
Record daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts
Prepare and post journal entries, payment entries, receipt entries, and contra entries
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, and bank records properly
Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation on a regular basis
Track invoices, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents
Support the preparation of MIS reports, expense statements, and basic financial reports
Assist with GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation
Coordinate with internal teams for payment follow-ups, expense records, and transaction-related documents
Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting records
Help in accounts payable and accounts receivable tracking
Support senior accountants/auditors during internal reviews, audits, and month-end closing
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updating of financial data
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / B.Com / Accounting / Finance
0–2 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles
Familiarity with Tally, Excel, and MS Office
Understanding of GST, TDS, vouchers, invoices, and reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in financial services, stock market, investment, broking, or related sectors
Working knowledge of accounting software and spreadsheet-based reporting
Basic exposure to compliance-related accounting work
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
