Responsibilities
- Desktop, laptop, and workstation assembly and maintenance.
- Hardware troubleshooting and replacement.
- Operating system installation and configuration (Windows).
- Software installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- LAN, Wi-Fi, and network troubleshooting.
- Printer installation and maintenance.
- CCTV camera installation and basic troubleshooting (preferred).
- User support and onsite service visits.
- Documentation of service reports and completed work.
Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose and solve technical issues independently.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply.
