The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep expertise in BIM Information Management, a thorough understanding of ISO 19650 standards, and proficiency in associated processes and workflows. They will leverage this knowledge to lead and deliver data-driven projects with precision, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and innovation throughout the project lifecycle.

As an Information Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that digital content is produced, stored, shared, and utilised in line with current technologies, best practices, and project requirements.

Deliver information management activities aligned with ISO 19650, fulfilling Appointing Party / Lead Appointed Party / Appointed Party duties as required across project lifecycle.

Establish robust information governance and maintain reliable data and information flow across the project.

Review the Exchange Information Requirements (EIR) and develop the digital delivery strategy covering federation, coordination, and information exchange.

Provide technical guidance on BIM technologies and information exchange workflows

Define, develop, and manage Information Management documentation, including the BIM Execution Plan / Information Management Plan , and Information Delivery Plans (MIDP/TIDP).

Establish and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring compliance with workflows, metadata, permissions, and information exchange protocols.

Oversee data integration, quality assurance, and compliance monitoring to support coordinated and efficient project delivery.

Identify and manage information‑related risks and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution to maintain compliance and delivery confidence.

Assure the quality of Project and Asset Information in alignment with Information Management Framework requirements.

Act as the primary Information Management interface, liaising with clients, consultants, contractors, and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment.

Assess capability and training needs, support mobilisation activities, and upskill project teams in information management processes, standards, and tools.

Identify emerging technologies, digital opportunities, and solutions that enhance client outcomes and project delivery.

Configure and deploy dashboards and promote low‑code automation to enhance reporting efficiency and streamline project workflows.

A degree in Engineering or an equivalent qualification in Architecture, Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, or other AEC‑related disciplines

5+ years of experience in Information Management, BIM Coordination, or BIM Management on multi-disciplinary AEC projects.

Demonstrated experience in applying ISO 19650–aligned processes, workflows, and compliance requirements.

Proven capability reviewing/creating EIRs and developing BEPs.

Strong expertise in Common Data Environments (CDE) Platforms (ACC, ProjectWise, Aconex, or equivalent)

Good knowledge of BIM authoring / federation tools (Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Revizto, Bentley solutions )

Relevant Information Management certification ( BSI, BRE, Operam Academy, RICS, or equivalent)

Knowledge of regional BIM and Information Management standards is advantageous.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Working knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps, and low‑code automation is an added advantage. Awareness of BIM uses such as 4D/5D/6D is desirable.

Experience working on projects across multiple regions such as the UK, US, and Middle East is preferred.
