Key Responsibilities:

Prepare Change Requests (CRs), including drafting and design related work.

Manage technical documentation and report preparation tasks.

Support assembly line, testing, upfit, and machine shop GEMBA meetings through active on-site participation.

Collaborate with the core team to troubleshoot and resolve assembly, testing, upfit, and machine shop issues.
-
Support SCM activities related to alternate part number studies.
-
Assist the core team with VPCR activities and cost optimization efforts.
-
Assist core team members with warranty compliance and resolving quality issues.
Skills and Experience Requirements

Qualification - B.E. / B-Tech Mechanical / Automobile.
-
Experience Range – 1-3 Years.
-
Experience on PLM Windchill or other PLM software will be an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of internal combustion engines, gensets and its sub-systems.
-
Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
-
Problem solving ability.

CAD Proficiency: Pro/E – Creo.
-
Expected Skill Level – Intermediate to Expert.
