We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with deep Insurance domain expertise to support business transformation and technology initiatives across the insurance value chain. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional knowledge of insurance operations, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Billing, and Customer Servicing, and be capable of translating business needs into actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements, process challenges, and transformation opportunities.
- Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
- Analyse and optimize insurance business processes across the policy lifecycle.
- Support solution design and ensure alignment between business objectives and technology delivery.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Development Teams, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and business validation activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor on insurance domain processes and best practices.
Required Insurance Domain Expertise
Strong experience in two or more of the following areas:
- Policy Administration
- New Business & Underwriting
- Claims Management
- Policy Servicing
- Billing & Premium Management
- Insurance Distribution Channels (Agents, Brokers, Direct)
- Regulatory & Compliance Processes
Experience in any of the following insurance segments is preferred:
- Property & Casualty (P&C)
- General Insurance
- Life Insurance
- Re Insurance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Technology, Insurance, or related field.
- 5-10 years of Business Analysis experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Insurance domain experience in a consulting, captive, carrier, or insurance technology environment.
