Responsibilities for Candidate:
Design, build and configure Oracle Cloud application to meet business process
and application requirements
Good experience in any 2 to 3 HCM Modules (Payroll,OTL, Comp and Benefits, core HR etc)
Building / configuring HCM Extracts to get data from the Oracle Cloud HCM objects
forintegration to external applications
Preparation of Project Deliverables requirements, design specifications,
config guides; Follow documentation, software development methodology,version control
Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts,Oracle BI Publisher Knowledge
Oracle Application Development Knowledge, Oracle Cloud Implementation
Oracle HCM Cloud Extracts, Oracle BI Publisher
Will also be a hand-on technical expert, will need to carry out tech-functional
aspects independently as and when the project/team requires
Successfully completed at least 1 certification (Oracle Cloud HCM)
Ability to work as an effective team player
Punctual and consistent in internal and external communication
Implementation experience of 3-4 Modules, with experience on integrations, PAAS (Functional knowledge)
Should have handled Teams/ Project on their own
Not a Business User or Support Team User
Some experience of working on RFPs, client presentations in proposals will be Add On.
