Role Overview
The role focuses on lead generation and presales outreach for retail and corporate interior design & execution projects. You will engage with CXOs, founders, developers, and procurement heads to build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry networks.
- Understand client needs, pain points, and project scope; align them with design and execution capabilities.
- Create pitch decks, capability presentations, and proposals.
- Coordinate with design and project teams for solution-oriented presales support.
- Manage the end-to-end presales funnel (qualification → requirements → proposal).
- Maintain CRM hygiene, track outreach metrics, and grow the pipeline.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and B2B forums.
Required Skills & Profile
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Confidence in engaging with senior leadership and decision-makers.
- Exposure to interiors/architecture/real estate/B2B is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn lead generation.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
