1. Strong functional background and understanding of Core Banking. This is in the banking space with areas like Deposits , Loans , Trade Finance , CASA and related accounting
2. Experience on a Core Banking system is a key skill needed
3. Experience in Loans Operations , Trade Finance Operations will be an added advantage
4. Capable to handle multiple stakeholders from business requirement collection with customers ( Bank staff / teams)
5. Capability to prepare business requirements and solution specification documents
6. Experience of working in a Core Banking related company – either a product developer (Temenos , Finacle , FIS , Oracle FlexCube/OFSS , Finastra, Intellect Design Arena ) or Core Banking system integrator (HCL , WIPRO , Deloitte , Accenture , .. ) or in a Bank in core operations service centre
