Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Account Executive to manage the company’s accounting operations, financial records, statutory compliance, and reporting activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting, supervising transactions, preparing financial statements, monitoring receivables/payables, and ensuring accurate and timely financial documentation.
Key Responsibilities1) Accounting & Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in accounting software.
- Verify and process journal entries, vouchers, invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash books, and ledger accounts regularly.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports.
2) Accounts Payable & Receivable
- Monitor vendor payments, supplier ledgers, and due schedules.
- Follow up on customer outstanding payments and receivables.
- Ensure timely processing of bills, purchase entries, and payment approvals.
- Maintain proper documentation for all payables and receivables.
3) Payroll & Statutory Compliance
- Support payroll processing with salary calculations, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as TDS, GST, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other applicable regulations.
- Prepare and file statutory returns within deadlines.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and tax authorities when required.
4) Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare MIS reports, expense reports, and cash flow statements.
- Assist management in budgeting, cost control, and financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Track company expenses and monitor budget utilization.
5) Audit & Documentation
- Maintain proper records for internal and external audits.
- Prepare audit schedules and support documents.
- Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed and updated.
- Assist in year-end closing and finalization of accounts.
6) Coordination & Team Support
- Coordinate with HR, admin, procurement, and project teams for finance-related matters.
- Guide junior accounts staff in accounting procedures and compliance requirements.
- Support management with financial information and reports as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance preferred).
- Additional accounting or taxation certifications will be an advantage.
Required Experience
- 3–6 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
- Experience in handling complete accounts, statutory compliance, and reporting.
- Prior experience in construction / interior / contracting / trading / manufacturing company is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, payroll, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in Tally / ERP / accounting software
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and reporting formats
- Strong numerical, analytical, and reconciliation skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

- Experience in vendor management and payment scheduling
- Knowledge of audit preparation and financial closing
- Ability to independently manage accounts operations
- Experience in preparing MIS reports and management reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
