Job Title: Sales & Service (HVAC)
We are looking for a target-driven AMC Sales professional to drive recurring revenue, manage contract renewals, and build strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Generation: Drive new customer acquisition and generate recurring revenue by selling comprehensive/non-comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contracts for HVAC portfolios.
- Client Prospecting: Identify potential clients for maintenance contracts through cold calling, existing databases, market research, and industry networking.
- Contract Renewals: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing AMCs, ensuring high client retention rates and minimizing contract cancellations.
- Techno-Commercial Proposals: Conduct site surveys to assess equipment maintenance needs, prepare techno-commercial quotes, and negotiate pricing to close deals.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to upgrade systems and sell bundled service offerings (e.g., spare parts management, breakdown support).
- Client Relationship: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service agreements, ensuring swift issue resolution and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical preferred) OR a Commerce/Business degree with strong technical aptitude.
- Experience: 2 to 7 years of proven experience in B2B service sales, specifically with AMC contracts in the BMS or HVAC industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC or related infrastructure.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
