Role Overview:
You will be the operational backbone for Monkyvision’s multi‑brand operations and people workflows. You will ensure platforms, campaigns, product listings, and internal processes run smoothly, records are accurate, and SOPs are followed and improved. This is a hands‑on administrative role combining systems administration, campaign and audience operations support, e‑commerce admin, and project coordination with AI‑assisted productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Virtual Office Management: Manage the Zoom virtual office—Oversee presence, welcome attendees, open/close rooms, and ensure smooth handoffs during office hours.
- Employee Engagement: Support the HR Manager in planning and running employee engagement activities, town halls, and informal events.
- Training Coordination: Help organise training sessions and workshops; manage invites, attendance tracking, and follow‑up actions.
- Platform Publishing: Upload and schedule videos and posts on YouTube, Rumble, and Instagram; add basic titles and short descriptions.
- Blog Maintenance: Update blog entries with correct alt text and attach audio files when needed.
- Email Communications: Help set up and send internal and external email messages; draft short messages with AI tools and edit for clarity and tone.
- Distribution Lists: Maintain distribution lists so messages reach the right teams and people.
- Product Listings: Add and update product details and photos on Unity IQ and CC; check listings for accuracy and consistent presentation.
- Creative Design: Develop graphics for social media, email campaigns, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Task Coordination: Track daily tasks, SOPs, and tech tickets in Asana and Slack; keep boards and checklists current.
- Reporting: Prepare simple weekly and monthly reports for assigned brands and share status updates with managers.
- Live Session Support: Attend live sessions when needed, note highlights, and flag follow‑up actions.
- Manager Support: Assist managers with basic planning, task tracking, and timely status updates.
Requirements:
Technical Skills:
- Basic familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Rumble or similar platforms.
- Comfort using task management tools like Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Notion, or similar.
- Willingness to learn Klaviyo and simple HR/admin systems.
- Basic image editing or design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Comfortable using AI tools for drafting and simple process help.

- Good written communication and clear, polite tone.
- Ability to manage multiple small tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to organize information in documents, sheets, and trackers.
