Key ResponsibilitiesTeaching & Training
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate dance classes.
- Teach different dance forms such as Classical, Folk, Western, Contemporary, Freestyle, etc.
- Develop students’ rhythm, posture, expression, flexibility, and stage presence.
- Prepare lesson plans aligned with school curriculum and annual calendar.
- Encourage creativity, teamwork, and confidence among students.
Choreography & Events
- Choreograph dances for Annual Day, assemblies, cultural programs, competitions, and special events.
- Train students for inter-school and intra-school competitions.
- Coordinate rehearsals and stage practices effectively.
- Assist in organizing cultural activities and celebrations in the school.
Student Development
- Identify and nurture talented students in dance.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Promote discipline, participation, and positive behavior during classes and performances.
- Ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
Administrative Duties
- Maintain attendance and performance records.
- Manage costumes, props, music systems, and dance equipment.
- Coordinate with teachers and event committees for school programs.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and school activities.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
