Role Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Talent Acquisition professional with strong expertise in IT Sales hiring across SaaS, Enterprise, and B2B segments, specifically for US and Europe markets.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of hiring for revenue-generating roles and a deep understanding of global hiring dynamics in sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles across US and Europe markets
- Hire for roles such as:
- Sales Managers
- Account Managers
- Business Development Managers (BDM)
- Enterprise Sales Executives
- Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, sales structures, and KPIs
- Source, screen, and close candidates aligned with sales targets and performance metrics
- Build strong pipelines using LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Track hiring metrics and improve time-to-fill and quality of hire
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in IT Sales recruitment
- Strong exposure to hiring for SaaS / Enterprise / B2B sales roles
- Experience in hiring for US/Europe markets is mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn and other platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Preferred
- Experience working in product-based or SaaS companies
- Exposure to global hiring strategies and compensation benchmarks
Pay: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
