Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and Plant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our Waste-to-Energy (WtE) facility. The successful candidate will ensure safe, efficient, and environmentally compliant plant operations while leading operating personnel, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, including supervising of manpower.
- Monitor equipment status and vehicles
- Daily attendance and schedule management.
- 12 hour shift.
- Monitor fuel consumption of vehicles
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, and improving environmental performance.
