About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and creative Professional Video Editor who specializes in short-form content for social media platforms. This role is focused on creating engaging, high-retention videos (primarily 30–60 second reels) for personal branding, businesses, and digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
- Edit high-quality short-form videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.
- Create engaging videos for personal branding and digital marketing campaigns.
- Apply creative storytelling techniques to maximize audience retention.
- Use smooth cuts, transitions, motion graphics, sound design, captions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Perform basic color correction and color grading to enhance video quality.
- Sync music, sound effects, and voiceovers professionally.
- Stay updated with the latest editing styles, trends, transitions, and social media algorithms.
- Collaborate with the content, marketing, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content on time.
- Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines consistently.
- Organize project files and maintain a clean editing workflow.
Required SkillsSoftware Proficiency
- Adobe After Effects (Mandatory)
- Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- Basic knowledge of CapCut (PC Version)
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates with any of the following will have an added advantage:
- Basic Graphic Design skills (Photoshop or Illustrator)
- Photography knowledge
- Videography and camera handling experience
- Experience assisting during content shoots
- Knowledge of lighting and composition
- Experience using AI-powered editing tools and workflow automation
Eligibility
- Minimum 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
- Must be located in Chennai or willing to relocate.
- On-site work only (No Remote / No Freelance).
- Full-time office-based position.
- Candidates with their own laptop will have an added advantage.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be required to:
- Share their portfolio or showreel.
- Complete a practical editing assessment.
- Attend an in-person interview.
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
