Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and passionate UI/UX Designer who is eager to build a strong career in the design domain. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background, hands-on experience in live projects, and the ability to create user-friendly and visually appealing digital experiences. The role involves working closely with development and product teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design intuitive and engaging UI for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes
- Work on end-to-end UI/UX design lifecycle for live projects
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders
- Understand user requirements and convert them into effective design solutions
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and screens
- Conduct basic user research and improve designs based on feedback
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
- Maintain and manage design systems for projects
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles
- Qualification in B.Des / Diploma in Design / relevant certified certification
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in UI/UX designing
- Hands-on experience working on live projects
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, spacing, and layouts
- Good creativity, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (added advantage)
- Experience working in agile or fast-paced environments
- Ability to take ownership of design tasks independently
