Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations across multiple branches within the assigned area.
- Drive sales growth while ensuring operational excellence.
- Lead, coach, and develop store/branch managers and their teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve business targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular store visits, operational audits, and performance reviews.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning.
- Oversee inventory management, stock accuracy, and loss prevention.
- Resolve operational challenges and customer escalations promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute business initiatives.
- Prepare and present operational reports and business insights to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in multi-unit operations, retail, hospitality, F&B, or a similar industry.
- Proven experience managing multiple locations and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
