We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth for our suite of CAD, CAM, CAE, and cloud-connected 3DEXPERIENCE SOLIDWORKS solutions. In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical software capabilities and business value, helping manufacturing, automotive, and aerospace
prospects optimize their engineering processes. The ideal candidate possesses a mix of consultative sales acumen and a foundational understanding of engineering workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify, qualify, and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and regional field visits.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery meetings with engineering, design, and manufacturing teams to map out their workflow bottlenecks.
- Pipeline Management: Own the full sales cycle from initial contact and workflow evaluation to pricing negotiation, proposal creation, and closing the deal.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with internal application engineers to build comprehensive, value-driven technical proof-of-concepts for clients.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Automotive Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B engineering software sales, SaaS platforms, or technical CAD/CAM/CAE sales.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and verbal communication capabilities to interface with executive stakeholders and technical leads.
· Mindset: Highly resilient, self-motivated, and target-oriented professional capable of managing a structured monthly sales quota.
· Vehicle: Candidate should have own 2Wheeler
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
