We are hiring an experienced HR Generalist with minimum 3 years of HR experience.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee retention, HR documentation, compliance, probation tracking, employee engagement, and HR reporting.
This is not only a recruitment role. We need someone who can help build strong HR systems, improve employee stability, reduce early attrition, supervise onboarding and training, and support a growing organization.
The candidate should be mature, responsible, process-oriented, good in communication, strong in follow-ups, and capable of handling employees with both empathy and discipline.
Responsibilities include:
* End-to-end recruitment
* Candidate screening and interview coordination
* Joining formalities and onboarding
* Training coordination with department heads
* Employee retention check-ins
* Attendance, leave, and HR documentation
* Probation and performance review coordination
* Employee engagement and grievance handling
* HR compliance and policy implementation
* Daily/weekly HR reporting
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of HR experience
* Good knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and compliance
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Good Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
* Mature and stable personality
* Ability to work in a fast-growing organization
* MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
