Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong relationships with business owners and senior professionals, and expanding the organization's network. The ideal candidate should have 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition, with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners, and senior decision-makers.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings and presentations to explain the organization's value proposition.
- Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Represent the organization at networking events, business meetings, and industry forums.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and business development activities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business growth targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Relationship Management, or Client Acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Strong organizational, planning, and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
