Key Responsibilities:Sales & Customer Coordination:
- Handle inquiries, quotations, and order confirmations
- Follow up with customers for orders, delivery schedules, and payments
- Maintain customer records, pricing, and order status
- Support sales team in achieving monthly sales targets
- Prepare sales MIS and daily/weekly reports
Order Processing & Coordination:
- Coordinate with production team for order planning and timelines
- Track production status, dispatch, and delivery
- Coordinate with stores and logistics for material availability & dispatch
- Ensure order-to-delivery process runs smoothly
Documentation & Process Control:
- Prepare and maintain:
- Sales orders
- Delivery challans
- Invoices (coordination with accounts)
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping
- Monitor process gaps and suggest improvements
Internal Coordination:
- Act as a link between sales, production, stores, dispatch, and accounts
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues related to orders
- Escalate delays or deviations to management in time
Qualification & Experience:
- Graduate / Diploma (Commerce, Management, or Engineering preferred)
- 2–5 years experience in:
- Steel / manufacturing / process industry
- Sales coordination or operations coordination role
- Experience in small or mid-size plant environment preferred
Skills Required:
- Strong coordination & communication skills
- Basic knowledge of steel products / manufacturing process
- Good command of MS Excel, google sheet
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Practical, hands-on attitude
