About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer who can drive high-quality leads, optimize marketing spend, and scale digital acquisition across channels. The role requires someone who is analytical, experiment-driven, and experienced in managing paid marketing campaigns with measurable ROI.
You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital platforms to drive student acquisition and program enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimize paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube
- Manage campaign budgets to achieve maximum ROI and cost-efficient lead generation
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Drive high-quality leads and enrollments through paid acquisition channels
- Continuously optimize CPL, CAC, CTR, and conversion rates
Analytics & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tracking tools
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and audiences
- Use data insights to continuously improve campaign performance
Funnel & Landing Page Optimization
- Work closely with design and content teams to optimize landing pages and conversion funnels
- Improve lead quality and conversion rates through funnel optimization
Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance, marketing ROI, and key acquisition metrics
- Provide weekly insights and recommendations to improve performance
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and paid social campaigns
- Experience managing lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and attribution
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and tracking pixels
- Ability to manage budgets and optimize campaigns based on data
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in EdTech, education, or training institutes
- Experience managing student acquisition campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation or CRM tools
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
