Job Title: Hospitality Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs across multiple apartments
- Share entry instructions and ensure guests follow house rules
- Ensure apartments are always maintained in guest-ready condition
- Coordinate with housekeeping teams for cleaning and property turnaround
- Work with maintenance vendors to resolve any operational issues
- Maintain property readiness checklists and operational records
- Ensure quality checks are completed before guest arrival
- Support operational setup when new apartments are added
Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in hotel management, hospitality, property management, serviced apartments, or hotel operations.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and properties simultaneously
- Detail-oriented and comfortable working with operational checklists
Candidates with experience in hotel operations, serviced apartments, co-living spaces, or vacation rental operations will be preferred.
