What You'll Do
- Respond to customer queries via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
- Assist customers with orders, returns, exchanges, sizing, and product information.
- Resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand experience.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to track and resolve delivery issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Identify recurring customer issues and share insights with the team.
- Help improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support, customer service, or customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using customer support tools, Google Sheets, and ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to stay calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Experience in D2C, ecommerce, fashion, or retail is a plus.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
