Location: Kirti Nagar, Najafgarh Road, Delhi – 110015
Shift Timing: 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Early Morning Shift)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Salary: ₹15,000/month onwards + Attractive Incentives
About the Role
We are hiring energetic and communication-skilled Process Associates for our Australian Lead Generation Process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interacting with potential customers, generating quality leads, and maintaining strong customer engagement. Freshers with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company services.
- Identify customer requirements and generate potential business leads.
- Provide accurate information and address basic customer queries professionally.
- Maintain daily call records, customer details, and lead information.
- Achieve assigned targets and contribute to team performance.
- Follow communication guidelines and maintain a positive customer experience.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in early morning shifts.
