Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart, professional, and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a presentable personality, and basic computer knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests professionally
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting coordination
- Maintain visitor records and front desk registers
- Handle emails, courier coordination, and basic administrative tasks
- Support office staff with day-to-day coordination
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception area
- Assist with data entry and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- 1–3 years of receptionist / front desk / customer service experience
- Good English, Hindi communication skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)
- Presentable, polite, and well-organized personality
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
