We're looking for a Production Manager to lead our bakery operations — managing high-volume production, ensuring top-notch quality, and driving efficiency. You'll keep our bakery running smoothly, on time, every time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume production schedules and meet daily targets
- Ensure attention to detail for product quality, portioning, and packaging
- Lead a team to maintain hygiene, safety, and speed
- Monitor inventory, minimise wastage, optimise production flow
- Troubleshoot issues fast and improve processes
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, dispatch for seamless ops
Must-haves:
-Prior knowledge of managing large manufacturing.
- 2+ years managing high-volume bakery production
- Attention to detail, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced bakery environment
- Knowledge of FSSAI, HACCP norms
