Job Profile: Deputy Production Manager
Experience: Minimum 10 years in Fabrication Industry is preferred.
Experience in Bio-Pharma equipment desirable
Qualification: BE/B. Tech/Diploma in (Mechanical Engineering)
Job Description:
Competencies required for the position are
· Knowledge and expertise in handling Quality requirements related to pressure vessel & piping manufacturing process.
· Knowledge of ASME BPV code, ASME BPE guidelines.
· Knowledge of stainless steel with different grades like, 316/316L/304/304L/1.4435/1.4404 & etc.
· Smartness & strong communication skills
· Presentation Skills
· Intelligence to understand client expectations during FAT & site executions.
· Follow up to deliver actionable on time and with quality
· Experience and knowledge in Circulation pumps, heat exchangers, Mixers, Agitators installation and trouble shooting.
· Experience & Knowledge in applying the Code requirement of ASME BPVC during vessel manufacturing & testing.
Responsibilities:
1) Coordinating with Reporting Head and follow up daily activities based on Project schedule
2) Supervising and controlling Pressure vessel & Piping manufacturing activities
3) Coordinating with Site in-charge for Planning the rigging, equipment installation and manufacturing at Site.
4) Interaction with clients related to manufacturing process, during factory visit/ FAT/SAT.
5) Facilitating and support during pre-FAT & FAT execution.
6) Experience & Knowledge in applying the requirement of ASME BPE during piping manufacturing.
7) Experience & Knowledge in applying the requirement of ISO 9001-2015 for Production department.
8) Material Requirement Planning review for vessel & Piping manufacturing.
9) Planning the daily priorities for engineers, monitoring, and controlling through leadership for vessel, piping, testing & packing.
10) Identifying the team for subcontracting and outsourcing in coordination with purchase departments for manufacturing at factory & site.
11) New welders/welding operators’ development & qualification as per ASME & EN standards.
12) Maintain hygiene shopfloor/workspace to meet 5S & customer requirements.
13) Planning and implementing continual improvement procedures to reduce costs and improve quality.
14) Frequent Customer visit, domestic and international as per plan to build the relationship.
