We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to promote Eccetra’s career assessment, counseling, admission support, and student development programs to schools, colleges, tuition centers, training institutes, and corporate organizations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting institutional heads, conducting presentations, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach schools, colleges, academies, and organizations for business opportunities.
- Promote Eccetra’s career assessment and counseling programs.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, placement officers, HR teams, and management representatives.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients and close business opportunities.
- Coordinate orientation programs, workshops, and assessment activities.
- Maintain daily sales reports and client updates.
- Achieve monthly business targets and revenue goals.
- Support marketing and promotional activities of the company.
Required Skills

- MS Office and basic computer knowledge
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- MBA/Marketing background preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
