Front Desk Receptionist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our homeopathy clinic. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive experience while efficiently managing appointments, patient records, and front desk operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Attend incoming calls, address patient inquiries, and schedule appointments efficiently
- Maintain and update patient information and clinic records accurately
- Handle billing, payment collection, and receipt generation as required
- Ensure the reception area remains neat, organized, and presentable at all times
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Assist patients with appointment-related information and clinic procedures
- Perform basic administrative and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry proficiency
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage front desk responsibilities effectively
- Prior experience in reception, customer service, or healthcare settings is preferred
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
