Job Summary
We are looking for a Deployment Engineer to lead ERP deployments and customer transformation initiatives. The role involves working directly with customers to understand business processes, configure workflows, drive user adoption, execute go-lives, and act as the bridge between customers and Vyoog's Product & Engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services using Spring Boot or similar frameworks.
- Build and optimize front-end applications using React.js, ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend developers to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong experience in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end tools
- Familiarity with database systems (PostgreSQL) and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
- Plan and execute go-live activities.
- Lead on-site ERP deployments and implementation activities.
- Understand and map customer business processes.
- Conduct user onboarding and change management sessions.
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate resolutions.
- Gather product feedback and work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
Required Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Development, Implementation and Deployment at customer onsite.
- Strong understanding of software applications and business workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations as required in Chennai and Coimbatore.
- Ability to work in an Customer Site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with Manufacturing, Inventory, Finance, HR, Production, or similar business processes is a plus.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
