MEP Site Supervisor
Salary: ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary
Watcon International is hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities related to swimming pools, water bodies, fountains, fire features, and landscaping projects. The candidate will ensure timely execution, quality workmanship, and effective coordination between site teams and the Head Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Verify material usage and site measurements.
- Ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
- Prepare daily site progress reports.
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with project engineers and clients.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 3-5 years of site supervision experience.
- Experience in swimming pool, water body, fountain, Plumbing & water treatment plant or construction projects preferred.
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
