We are hiring a confident and active Sales/Business Development Executive for an interior design company. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads, qualifying clients, booking meetings, and visiting client meetings along with the designer.
This role is best for someone who can talk professionally with clients, understand their basic interior requirements, and help convert leads into meetings and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call incoming leads and understand their interior requirements.
- Qualify leads based on budget, location, requirement, and timeline.
- Schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
- Visit client meetings along with the interior designer.
- Explain company services, process, and basic pricing structure.
- Maintain daily lead follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with designers for client requirements.
- Help convert leads into confirmed projects.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills.
- Confident in calling and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of interiors, modular kitchen, or home renovation will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and meetings.
- Must be disciplined with follow-ups.
- Should be target-oriented and professional.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in interior sales, real estate, modular kitchen, furniture, renovation, or home improvement industry.
- Ability to handle clients politely and professionally.
- Basic understanding of customer budget and requirement qualification.
Salary: Fixed salary + incentives can be offered based on performance.
