We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is a hands-on builder, visionary thinker, and leader—someone who can architect, code, and lead teams to create a scalable SaaS travel platform that sets the global standard.
What You’ll Do
As our FSD, you will:
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of OTA systems, booking engines, channel managers, and SaaS solutions
- Architect scalable, secure, and globally-ready backend systems, leveraging PHP, Laravel, and other modern technologies
- Oversee API integrations with hotel PMS, channel managers, payment gateways, and corporate booking platforms
- Drive the frontend and mobile experience using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue) with exceptional UX
- Implement CRM solutions, analytics dashboards, and reporting toolsfor internal teams and partners
- Integrate AI/ML capabilities for dynamic pricing, recommendations, and predictive analytics
- Ensure compliance, security, and data privacy standards (PCI DSS, GDPR, PII)
- Manage cross-functional engineering teams, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices
- Plan and execute product roadmaps and sprints in Agile/Scrum environments
- Establish monitoring, performance optimization, and disaster recovery strategies for high-availability platforms
- Evaluate vendors, partners, and third-party integrations to ensure technical alignment and quality
What We’re Looking For Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience in PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React and Next.js
- Backend architecture, microservices, and API-first design
- Frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Database management: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis
- SaaS architecture, multi-tenancy, and subscription management
- OTA-specific systems: booking engines, channel managers, PMS integrations
- Payment gateway integrations, multi-currency support, and invoicing
- AI/ML integration for pricing, recommendations, and analytics
- Performance monitoring, logging, and high-volume scaling strategies
- Security and compliance frameworks: PCI DSS, GDPR, PII, authentication & authorization
Leadership & Management
- Proven ability to manage distributed, cross-functional engineering teams
- Agile/Scrum methodology, sprint planning, backlog prioritization
- Roadmap planning, risk assessment, and project execution
- Vendor and partner evaluation for API integrations and SaaS services
- Mentoring and fostering technical growth for team members
