Role Summary</b></h3><div>
Lead and grow the Digital &amp; AI Services business from <b>$8M to $25M</b>. Own delivery, support presales, and drive AI-led transformation across global teams.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></h3><ul><li>
Own <b>P&amp;L and revenue growth</b> for Digital &amp; AI services</li><li>
Partner with Sales on <b>presales and deal shaping</b></li><li>
Drive <b>AI-first delivery models</b> (automation, AI, Agentic AI)</li><li>
Build and scale <b>AI-based solutions and offerings</b></li><li>
Ensure <b>high-quality, predictable global delivery</b></li><li>
Manage client relationships and improve <b>customer satisfaction</b></li><li>
Build and lead <b>strong global delivery teams</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Key Requirements</b></h3><ul><li>
15&ndash;20+ years of experience in IT / Digital services</li><li>
Proven experience in <b>delivery leadership and P&amp;L ownership</b></li><li>
Strong <b>presales and client-facing skills</b></li><li>
Exposure to <b>AI / Digital transformation programs</b></li><li>
Experience managing <b>global teams</b></li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Success Metrics</b></h3><ul><li>
Revenue growth to <b>$25M</b></li><li>
Strong pipeline and deal wins</li><li>
Improved margins and delivery quality</li><li>
