Rahul B. Agarwal & Associates is looking for a highly motivated Income Tax Manager – Direct Taxation to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for:
- Individuals
- HUFs
- Partnership Firms
- LLPs
- Companies
- Trusts (if applicable)
- Preparation and filing of Tax Audit Reports (Form 3CA/3CB & Form 3CD)
- Preparation and filing of Tax Audit reports under the Income-tax Act
- Preparation and filing of TDS/TCS Returns and handling related compliances
- Computation of advance tax, self-assessment tax, and tax planning
- Preparation of income tax workings and computation of taxable income
- Handling income tax notices, scrutiny assessments, rectification matters, and departmental correspondence
- Preparation and filing of Form 15CA & 15CB
- Assistance in appeals, assessment proceedings, and tax litigation
- Coordination with clients for obtaining information and ensuring timely statutory compliance
- Working knowledge of the Income-tax Portal, TRACES, and relevant tax compliance software
- Review of tax compliances and maintaining client records
Eligibility Criteria (Mandatory)
- Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a Chartered Accountant Firm
- Currently working in a Chartered Accountant Firm (Mandatory)
- Must have hands-on experience in Direct Taxation
- Must be capable of independently handling tax audits, return filing, and client communication
- Strong knowledge of the Income-tax Act and tax compliance procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and tax software
- Must be residing in Navi Mumbai (Mandatory)
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
