Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer who can both shoot and edit videos for our social media platforms. The candidate should be able to create engaging Instagram Reels and professional LinkedIn videos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shoot videos at construction sites and office
- Create Instagram Reels and LinkedIn content
- Edit videos (cuts, transitions, subtitles, music)
- Capture creative angles and trending styles
- Work with the social media team for content planning
- Deliver daily or regular content output
Requirements:
- Experience in both video shooting and editing
- Knowledge of tools like CapCut / Premiere Pro / After Effects
- Understanding of reels editing style & trends
- Basic knowledge of lighting and camera angles
- Creative mindset with new ideas
- Consistency and discipline
Salary:
₹12,000 – ₹30,000/month (based on skills)
Bonus (Good to Have):
- Experience in shooting cinematic or viral reels
- Fast editing skills
- Interest in construction/startup content
Selection Process:
Shortlisted candidates will be given a task:
- Shoot + edit a 30–60 sec reel
- OR show previous work
