As a Process Analyst, you will be responsible for handling back-office operations, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives. The role focuses on accuracy, problem-solving, and ensuring smooth business operations without direct voice interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Purchasing, vendor management, data validation, and reporting with high accuracy.
- Analyze process performance metrics and highlight areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues within SLAs.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance process efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate (preferred: Business, IT, or related fields).
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.
- Good analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ticketing/CRM tools.
- Prior experience in non-voice/customer support or process analyst roles preferred.
