About the Role
Websenor is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Vendor Management Intern to support vendor coordination, procurement activities, and supplier relationship management. This internship offers an opportunity to gain practical experience in vendor operations, business communication, and procurement processes within a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in vendor onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain and update vendor records, contracts, and databases.
- Coordinate with vendors regarding quotations, invoices, and deliveries.
- Support the procurement team in collecting and comparing vendor quotations.
- Monitor purchase orders and follow up on delivery timelines.
- Help track vendor performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and vendor agreements.
- Assist in resolving routine vendor-related queries and issues.
- Perform administrative and data management tasks related to vendor operations.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of procurement and vendor management processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
