We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales & Marketing Intern to join our remote team. This internship is ideal for students and fresh graduates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in business development, client communication, lead generation, and digital marketing while working in a flexible, work-from-home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate potential leads through online research and social media platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Assist in pitching KPAC Marketing's digital marketing services to businesses.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM records.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Support the marketing team in promotional campaigns and outreach activities.
- Prepare basic sales reports and track lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly targets.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development.
- Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms.
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, or lead generation tools is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of email marketing and client outreach.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and presenting ideas.
Pay: ₹3,500.00 per month
