Job Description
Lotus Infra LLP is looking for an experienced Civil AutoCAD Draftsman with strong practical experience in Pharmaceutical / Industrial Construction Projects.
The candidate should be capable of independently preparing, modifying and updating civil, architectural and working drawings according to project, consultant and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Civil & Architectural drawings using AutoCAD.
- Prepare Floor Plans, Elevations, Sections and Detailed Working Drawings.
- Prepare and revise drawings for Pharmaceutical Plants / Industrial Buildings.
- Read and understand RCC, Structural and Architectural drawings.
- Prepare layouts/details for Production Areas, Warehouses, Utility Areas and other pharma/industrial facilities.
- Prepare drawings for drainage, trenches, equipment foundations, machine foundations and other civil works.
- Coordinate Civil drawings with HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire-Fighting and other MEP services.
- Modify drawings according to consultant/client comments and actual site conditions.
- Prepare As-Built Drawings after execution.
- Take/understand site measurements and convert them into accurate drawings.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Manager and other project teams.
- Extract basic measurements/quantities from drawings whenever required.
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant qualification.
- 3–5 years of AutoCAD drafting experience preferred.
- Strong command of AutoCAD.
- Experience in Pharmaceutical Plant / Industrial Construction Projects is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of Civil, Architectural and Structural drawings.
- Basic understanding of MEP coordination.
- Ability to independently prepare and revise drawings.
- Candidate should be willing to work from Amritsar office/site.
Screening Requirement
Candidates with Pharma/Industrial project experience should be ready to share 2–3 sample drawings or details of drawings personally prepared/handled by them during the screening/interview process.
Preference will be given to candidates having hands-on experience in Pharmaceutical Plant Construction, Expansion or Renovation Projects.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
