Responsibilities
- Design and arrange gift hampers based on themes and customer requirements
- Assist senior designers in developing new hamper ideas
- Coordinate bulk orders and daily production work
- Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, and in-store
- Suggest suitable gift options based on customer needs
- Manage order details and customization requests
- Ensure quality, neat finishing, and presentation of hampers
- Coordinate with team members for smooth workflow
Requirements
