Job Summary:
We are looking for reliable and energetic Picker-Packers to join our team at the Sarthana store. You will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders and packing them securely for delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick items from shelves based on customer orders using the hand-held device.
- Ensure accuracy in picking the right product, brand, quantity, and expiry date.
- Pack items carefully and securely in designated packaging material.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the picking and packing area.
- Report any missing or damaged stock to the store supervisor.
- Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management as needed.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Meet daily targets for speed and accuracy.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th pass or equivalent.
- Basic reading and numeric skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or grocery picking/packing is a plus.
Working Hours:
- 9 hour shifts. Morning, Evening and Night.
