About the Role
We are looking for a highly creative, motivated, and experienced Creative AI Video Editor & AI Content Creator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in video editing, content creation, and visual storytelling, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced production environment.
You will be responsible for creating high-quality advertisements, social media content, AI-generated videos, UGC-style videos, promotional campaigns, cinematic edits, and other digital content while ensuring consistency, creativity, and timely delivery.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about content creation, filmmaking, advertising, and emerging AI technologies and are eager to work on innovative projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and edit engaging video content for advertisements, social media campaigns, branded content, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Develop AI-powered content using modern creative workflows and tools.
- Produce UGC ads, short-form content, reels, promotional videos, and cinematic storytelling projects.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to transform concepts into visually compelling content.
- Maintain brand consistency, project timelines, and organized workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, AI content creation, and digital marketing.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar editing software.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound design, color grading, and visual composition.
- Ability to manage workloads efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with AI-powered content creation tools and workflows.
- Experience creating advertisements, UGC content, and social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, or other creative software.
- Understanding of prompt writing and AI-assisted creative production.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects.
Training & Onboarding
Don't be intimidated by the AI-related concepts mentioned above. What matters most is your creativity, adaptability, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
You are not expected to know every AI tool from day one. We are looking for talented editors with strong fundamentals who are eager to grow with the rapidly evolving creative industry.
Selected candidates will undergo a 15-day training and onboarding program to become familiar with our workflows, quality standards, AI production pipeline, project management systems, and content creation processes.
However, applicants must already possess a solid foundation in professional video editing with at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.
