We are seeking a creative, skilled, and highly responsible Digital Media Handler to join our hospital full-time. This person will manage our digital presence and create high-quality educational and promotional content that reflects our commitment to patient care, medical excellence, and community awareness.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage the hospital’s social media channels, including Instagram and Facebook.
· Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, videos, stories, and campaigns.
· Update and maintain hospital website content, including services, doctor profiles, announcements, and patient information.
· Work closely with surgeons and clinical teams to document procedures, subject to patient consent and hospital privacy policies.
· Shadow surgeons in operating and clinical areas to record approved operative procedures and medical activities.
· Edit surgical and clinical footage into clear, professional educational videos for appropriate audiences.
· Create health-awareness posts, medical infographics, educational videos, doctor-led content, and patient testimonial videos.
· Photograph and document hospital events, awareness programmes, new services, and important milestones.
· Ensure all content is accurate, respectful, confidential, and aligned with hospital branding and ethical standards.
· Coordinate with doctors, administrative teams, and external vendors when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· Proven experience in social media management, video production, graphic design, or digital marketing.
· Strong skills in video recording, video editing, photography, and graphic design.
· Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar software.
· Ability to create professional reels, short-form videos, posters, infographics, and promotional materials.
· Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, website content management systems, and current social media trends.
· Strong attention to detail, discretion, and respect for patient privacy and confidentiality.
· Ability to work full-time on-site and adapt to clinical schedules, including occasional early mornings or extended hours for procedures and events.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with healthcare, hospitals, medical professionals, or educational content.
· Knowledge of medical terminology or willingness to learn.
· Experience in website updating and basic SEO.
· A portfolio demonstrating social media, design, photography, and video-editing work.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
