5. Responsible for finalizing quality and caratage of the products
6. Ensuring required Jewellery delivery with the TAT.
7. Identifying the location where the product will be most desired
8. Design offers and discount to be associated with the product

10. Product Life Cycle Management
11. Coordinate with the stores for replenishment on daily basis.

13. Strong in excel & stakeholder management

16. Market benchmarking – Gold rate, diamond rate, buyback, exchange, making charges
Skill Required
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in replenishment management, preferably in the jewellery or luxury retail industry.
3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced Excel.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
5. Strategic thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong knowledge of market trends and an understanding of customer preferences in the jewellery industry.
7. Familiarity with product life cycle management and inventory control principles.
8. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
9. Effective communication and presentation skills.
