We are looking for a highly capable Full Stack Software Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Development: Architect, build, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Business-Driven Engineering: Translate complex business requirements—such as dynamic user workflows, authentication logic, and scalable data pipelines—into clean, efficient code.
- API & Database Design: Build and integrate secure, RESTful APIs and design scalable database schemas that can handle growing user demands.
- Performance Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, debug complex issues, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability across the stack.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product and design teams to ensure technical solutions align perfectly with business objectives and user needs.
Requirements
- Hands-on Experience: Proven, production-level experience building applications with React.js, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Strong Core Skills: Deep understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and modern CSS frameworks (like Tailwind CSS).
- Exceptional Problem Solving: You don't just patch bugs; you find the root cause. You should be comfortable debugging complex state management and backend routing issues.
- Business Acumen: A strong grasp of business logic. You understand how backend decisions (like database relationships or server-side rendering) affect product outcomes, conversion rates, and the overall user journey.
- Database Proficiency: Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and writing efficient queries.
- Version Control: Proficiency with Git and modern CI/CD deployment workflows.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with advanced Next.js features (App Router, Server Actions, NextAuth).
- Familiarity with building SaaS products, complex checkout flows, or integrating third-party APIs (payment gateways, CRM tools).
- Interest in AI integrations or agentic workflows.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 per year
