We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Design Engineer – SPM who can independently handle complete machine design activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently design SPM machines from concept to execution
Prepare 2D/3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings
Perform engineering calculations (load, torque, power, safety, stress, etc.)
Selection of mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, bearings, actuators, etc.)
Create layouts, assemblies, and BOM
Coordinate with production, assembly, and electrical teams
Support testing, trials, and commissioning activities
Ensure safety, quality, and design standards compliance
Required Skills:
Strong experience in independent SPM design
Excellent knowledge of mechanical design calculations
Hands-on experience with CAD tools (SolidWorks /AutoCAD)
Knowledge of automation systems, pneumatics & hydraulics
Strong problem-solving skills and technical clarity
