Job Summary
The HR Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day human resource activities, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, payroll coordination, employee engagement, performance management, and HR administration. The role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that employees receive timely HR support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer documentation.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and exit formalities.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and employee documentation.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other employment documents.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Support performance appraisal and employee development activities.
- Handle employee queries and provide appropriate HR support.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, meetings, training programs, and company events.
- Assist with grievance handling and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR-related documentation.
- Support management with other HR and administrative activities as required.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is an advantage.
- Experience: 1–3 years in an HR or related role.
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Recruitment and interviewing skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and basic labor regulations.
- Good interpersonal and employee-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with HRMS/payroll software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹33,109.81 per month
