Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and execute CC road construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Conduct site layout, leveling, alignment, and setting out using surveying instruments.
- Monitor excavation, subgrade preparation, GSB/WMM layers, DLC (if applicable), and PQC/CC pavement works.
- Ensure proper batching, mixing, placing, vibrating, finishing, and curing of concrete.
- Check reinforcement, formwork, dowel bars, tie bars, and joint installation before concreting.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and project management teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, work logs, and measurement records.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards through field tests such as slump tests, cube casting, and thickness checks.
- Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and site housekeeping standards.
- Resolve technical issues at site and report project progress to senior management.
- Verify contractor bills and prepare measurement books (MB) where required.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Raipur, Chhattisgarh
